Weekdays are $300 and weekends are $600. Base time for any event is four hours. One hour before for setup and one hour after for teardown are included at no additional charge.

For an open bar, the cost is $15/hr. per bartender. No cost for cash/tab bar. Tab requires a $250 credit card hold for a group of 10 or more.

There’s no additional charge for lights up/down, house music, and a microphone.
