PRESIDENT | BLACK BOX OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jennifer is busy both onstage and behind the scenes in all aspects of ACT. As the Black Box Operations Manager, she is responsible for staffing and running the bar, as well as planning both public and private events. She is also President of the organization, promoting ACT throughout the community and building an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all actors, staff, and volunteers.

VICE PRESIDENT | ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Scott oversees all of the production elements of our company. He selects titles based on our business and community. He staffs those productions with talent that is suited best for top quality performances while keeping the company's mission and values close at hand.

TREASURER | JUNIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

As Treasurer, Josh handles the financial responsibilities for the organization as well as creating and maintaining the budgets for all productions and programs. He is also responsible for organizing every ACT Jr. production. Josh works directly with the ACT Jr. production staff, parents/guardians, and the children for both Spring and Fall musicals.

ASSISTANT TREASURER | DIRECTOR OF DONOR RELATIONS

As a parent to students in the ACT Jr. program, Carlee is dedicated to supporting ACT through applying for grants, reaching out to potential donors and partners, and assisting with the financial responsibilities of the organization.

DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE MARKETING

Being our Marketing Director not only allows Georgia to spread awareness about ACT, but it also offers her the opportunity to give back to an organization that she’s deeply passionate about. She is able to directly contribute to the cause and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

SECRETARY

Gerry has been involved with ACT for nine years and has been on the Board of Directors for six years. Gerry is currently Secretary and has also been Vice President and Director of Culture. He is happy to continue this adventure as ACT continues to grow and thrive.

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

Janet has worked for nearly 40 years as director, music director, accompanist, choreographer, or costumer in well over 100 school and community theatre productions, and as a choir director and church musician in multiple denominations. A new member of the ACT board, she is also the Artistic Director of Hagerstown Choral Arts.
